Addition of vitamin A for reptiles and amphibians. Especially recommended for chameleons, turtles and woodworms. It contains pre-processed vitamin A and natural ingredients that are a source of beta-carotene.

Transformed vitamin A (retinol) is an essential fat-soluble vitamin that in nature comes exclusively from animals.
Plant sources of vitamin A, such as beta-carotene and other carotenoids, must be converted into an active animal form in order for the body to take advantage of it. However, it has been shown that vitamin A deficiencies can occur if it is not supplied directly in the form of retinol. The supplement provides pre-converted vitamin A in the form of retinyl acetate in combination with natural sources of beta-carotene derived from algae.

The product contains large amounts of vitamin A (retinol). It is enough to sprinkle it on vegetables (one teaspoon per kilogram of vegetables).

Note: Retinol and other fat-soluble vitamins can accumulate in the body. It should not be used more than once a week. Long-term, excessive supplementation can lead to toxicity.
