1. The goods offered by TerraSklep have a guarantee. The length of the warranty depends on the specific goods. Information about the warranty of the goods is placed in the product description.

2. If, after receiving the goods, the Customer finds technical defects or damage in them, he should inform the seller about it. After agreement with the seller, the customer should send it back by post to the following address: TerraSklep Piotr Moj, Parkingowa 21 Myślina, 46-380 Dobrodzień. In some cases, it is not necessary to send back the goods and the refund for damaged goods takes place upon presentation of a photo of the goods. All complaints are considered within 30 working days of their receipt at the latest.
