Responsibilities:

• preparing orders for shipment

• customer service by e-mail and telephone

• acceptance of deliveries of goods

• introduction of new goods for sale

• handling returns and complaints

Requirements:

• secondary education

• proficient computer operation

• independence, reliability and self-discipline

• high personal culture

• knowledge of the industry

• knowledge of Prestashop

• knowledge of Subiekt GT

• knowledge of Sello

• knowledge of Allegro (from the sales side)

• knowledge of Photoshop

• knowledge of HTML basics

• knowledge of SEM/SEO
