§1 General information

1. The Regulations define the rules of sale by the TerraSklep.pl store belonging to the company TerraSklep Piotr Moj, with its registered office at Parkingowa 21 Myślina, 46-380 Dobrodzień, NIP number: PL5761491830, REGON: 161587724.

2. Purchase and sale transactions take place in the form of a distance contract concluded via the website, between the ordering party - hereinafter referred to as the Customer, and the online store TerraSklep.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

3. The Seller's website under the name TerraSklep.pl operates at www.terrasklep.pl

4. A web browser is required to view and place orders on the store, we recommend that you browse the site in Mozilla or Chrome.

§1 Orders

1. Orders are accepted throughout the entire operation of the website.terrasklep.pl via the order form.

3. In the event of providing false, incomplete or incorrect data and the inability to contact the Customer, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order.

4. In the event of unavailability of products or problems with the execution of the order, the Seller will contact the Customer to determine the method and time of order execution or possible withdrawal from the order.

§3 Prices of goods and payment

1. All prices of goods are given in gross prices. Prices do not include shipping costs. For purchases, we issue a receipt or invoice.

2. Payment for the goods together with the selected shipping cost can be paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

3. In the title of transfers, the order number should be entered.

§4 Delivery times and costs

1. Orders are sent after the payment has been credited. Shipment takes place up to 24 hours from the booking of the payment, in exceptional cases it can be extended to 72 hours.

2. Information about the shipping cost is available when placing an order on the form containing a list of ordered goods. Shipping costs are as follows:

in the case of some products, the shipping cost may be higher, e.g. guides over 150cm, for the shipment of fluorescent lamps is added PLN 5 for additional packaging guaranteeing safe delivery.

For orders over PLN 259, shipping is at our expense.

In some cases, due to the size and shape of the shipments, we can send the parcel by another courier.

In the case of non-standard large shipments, the shipping cost may change, then we send information to the e-mail.

§5 Returns, complaints

1. In accordance with the Act, the customer may resign from the goods purchased in the store terrasklep.pl without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Please refer to the following documents:

We send at our expense a courier to collect the return shipment. The date should be set by e-mail.

Shipments of non-standard goods cannot be returned or special costs associated with this will be deducted from the refund.

2. If, after receiving the goods, the Customer finds technical defects or damage in them, he should inform the seller about it. After agreement with the seller, the customer should send it back to the following address: TerraSklep Piotr Moj, Bzinica Stara Karola Miarki 1, 46-380 Dobrodzień.  All complaints are considered within 30 days at the latest.

The complained goods should be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a completed and signed complaint protocol:
