§1 General Information

1. The data administrator is TerraSklep Piotr Moj with its registered office at Parkingowa 21 Myślina 46-380 Dobrodzień, NIP: 5761491830. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of commonly applicable laws and their storage takes place on secure servers.

2. For the purpose of better understanding of the Privacy Policy the term "User" has been replaced with "you", "Administrator" - "We". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

3. We respect your right to privacy and are committed to data security.

4. Personal data provided during registration, order placement, email or telephone contact are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2 Data Administrator

1. Provider is the data administrator of its customers. It means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.

2. You can visit our website without giving any personal data. With each page call, the server automatically saves only so-called server logs, such as the name of the requested file, IP address, date and time of the call, amount of data transferred, name of the requester, service provider and documents the page call. This data is only analysed in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to improve our offer. This is for the protection of our primary legitimate interest in the correct and optimal presentation of our offer

3. The service provider is also the controller of persons subscribed to the newsletter.

4. Personal data is processed:

   a. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,

   b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

   c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the proper execution of orders

   d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

7. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to assert possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to data retention.

8. Service Provider has the right to make User's personal data and other data available to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).

9. Deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

10. The service provider does not make personal data available to other entities than those authorized by the relevant legislation.

11. In order to perform the concluded contract, we pass your data to the transport company dealing with the delivery of goods.

12. Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.
