Rays in this range are responsible for the production of vitamin D3, so they are necessary for the proper functioning of the animal. If possible, reptiles should be exposed to the sun during the summer. To replace the sun in the terrarium, incandescent bulbs and fluorescent lamps emitting UVB rays are used. Depending on the demand, different models of incandescent bulbs/fluorescent lamps are available. Type 2.0 5.0 10.0 markings are popular.
